Users can use the paid period and maintain active subscriptions until the next billing cycle. After that, the subscription will be canceled. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, payments are non-refundable, and ExitLag does not offer refunds or credits for partial subscription periods or unused content. Refunds are only provided in cases of failure on ExitLag's part to fulfill its obligations or failure to deliver the service, provided no rules in this agreement have been violated. New users are entitled to a 3-day free trial to evaluate the service. Refunds will not be granted for reasons related to non-functionality, failure, or unavailability of the service for the user's connection. First-time subscribers are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period after purchase. Beyond this period, no refund requests will be accepted. Refunds for purchases made through cryptocurrency, Russian SBP, Perfect Money, or P2P Cards are not possible due to the lack of support on the respective platforms (https://cryptomus.com, https://enot.io). ExitLag is not responsible for issues related to these payment policies. We recommend users carefully review refund policies before completing their transactions.
